1. Your Right to Be Forgotten

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Article 17), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the India Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act), you may request permanent erasure of any personal information collected or maintained by Logicmesh.

2. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

STEP 01

Compose an Email Request

Send an email from the exact email address you previously used to communicate or submit forms to Logicmesh.

Subject: [USER DATA DELETION REQUEST] - Your Full Name

STEP 02

Include Required Details

To ensure we accurately locate and delete all associated records, please include:

Your Full Legal Name
Company / Organization Name (if applicable)
Email Address used in previous correspondence
Phone number (if provided via consultation forms or WhatsApp)
Specific scope: (e.g., "Delete all contact form submissions and email history")

STEP 03

Verification & Confirmation

Our data protection desk will acknowledge your request with a Unique Tracking Code within 48 business hours. We will complete the purge and issue a formal Certificate of Erasure within 30 calendar days.

⚠ STATUTORY EXCEPTIONS:

Under Indian tax legislation and accounting standards, financial ledgers, GST invoices, and signed corporate contracts must be retained for the statutory period (7 years) and cannot be deleted prior to expiration.
